Job Description:
1) We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our HVAC product manufacturing company.
2) The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share across India. The role requires hands-on field marketing and project sales experience, along with the ability to manage a nationwide customer base.
• Key Responsibilities:
1) Sales Strategy Development:
2) Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
3) Analyse market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the market.
4) Generate new business leads, focusing on HVAC products.
• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
1) Identify and acquire new clients and business opportunities across India.
2) Maintain relationships with existing clients to maximize sales opportunities.
3) Handle end-to-end project sales, including negotiations, proposals, and closing deals.
• Field Marketing:
1) Travel across India to meet clients, conduct site visits, and attend industry events.
2) Create and execute regional marketing campaigns to promote HVAC products.
3) Identify opportunities for brand visibility and product placement in key markets.
• Project Sales:
1) Manage large-scale HVAC projects from initiation to completion.
2) Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
3) Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering customized HVAC solutions.
• Reporting & Analysis:
1) Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis.
2) Track and manage KPIs such as sales growth, market penetration, and client retention.
• Team Collaboration:
1) Work closely with marketing, product development, and technical teams to align sales efforts.
2) Provide feedback on market needs and customer demands to influence product development.
• Skills:
1) Strong knowledge of HVAC products and services.
2) Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
