Job Responsibilities:
1) Market Research & Strategy: Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
2) Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth.
3) Client Acquisition: Generate leads, engage with potential customers, and convert leads into long-term clients.
4) Product Promotion: Promote the company’s range of hydraulic valves, precision parts, and industrial spares across various sectors like manufacturing, automotive, and heavy machinery.
5) Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company. Track and report sales progress.
6) Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Ensure excellent customer service and support.
7) Pan-India Travel: Be willing to travel across India to meet with clients, attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other relevant industry events.
8) Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and production teams to understand product specifications and communicate client needs effectively.
9) Marketing Campaigns: Design and implement marketing campaigns (online and offline) to boost product visibility and sales.
10) Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and marketing performance metrics to the management team.

Key Requirements:
1) Experience: 6 months to 10 years of experience in sales and marketing of industrial products (preferably in hydraulics or precision parts).
2) Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with hydraulic systems, flow control, and industrial machinery products is an advantage.
3) Pan-India Sales: Must be willing to travel extensively across India for business development purposes.
4) Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship
management skills.
5) Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
6) Tech-Savvy: Knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
