Recruitment :     
1.Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads     
2.Co-Ordination with candidates & lining up interviews          
 

Drafting Letters:     
1.Appointment letters, Confirmation letters, Relieving letter, Experience Letters, Increment Letter, Retirement Letter     
Employee Engagement:     
1.Form Filling of New Joinees     
2.Induction of new Joinees     
3.Exit Interviews     
4.Looking for Advance & Loan Applications and deducting the same

1.Co-Ordination for contractors bill on monthly basis     
2.Yearly Increment Sheets, Working     
3.Arrears Calculation     
4.Salary Breakup, Working, CTC Calculation for New Employees     
5.Full & Final Settlements     
6.Bank Account Opening     
7.Other work given by director
8.Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues     
9.PF & ESIC Number Creation     
10.Applying for PF Settlement & Claims
