1) Achieve set sales targets in a given time frame.
2) Execute complete project from enquiry to payment collection.
3) Coordinate with Customer, Factory, Design/Engineering and Installation.
4) Handle Customer escalations / complaints.
5) Plan and implement Sales, handling customer enquiries and retention of existing customers
6) Handle first level escalations for issues related to transporter/logistics/unloading of Signage.
7) Monitoring of Installation/complaint data entered in Tracker sheet. Intimate all concerned to ensure timely installation / closure of pending complaints.
