Additional facility - Pick & Drop facility from vasai station.
Job Responsibility:-
1) Coordinate with store opening team & BD sales teams to execute the project with in given time lines & agreed quality standards.
2) Ensure optimisation of costs & within budget execution with compliance to quality standards.
3) Develop, negotiate & maintain a list of reliable contractors & vendors who can be trusted to work closely with prod team on delivery of projects.
4) Prepare work schedules according to store opening date & monitor timely execution of the project.
5) Audit the site & complete necessary documentation before handling over the client.
6) Get the final approval from the client for delivery & follow up for a smooth payment process.
7) Raise the invoices in time & ensure 100% delivery as per agreed timelines.
8) Payment follow ups for timely collection for completed projects.
9) Continuously innovate & think of ways to optimise time & cost while achieving desired quality.
