5) Plan and implement Sales, handling customer enquiries and retention of existing customers.
6) Handle first level escalations for issues related to transporter / logistics / unloading of Signage.
7) Monitoring of Installation/complaint data entered in Tracker sheet.
8) Intimate all concerned to ensure timely installation / closure of pending complaints.
