1) Support customer correspondence via emails and calls
2) Manage and process export billing documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international regulations.
3) Prepare and review invoices, ensuring they are accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
4) Coordinate with the logistics and sales teams to gather necessary information for billing.
5) Maintain accurate records of all export transactions, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
6) Collaborate with external stakeholders, including freight forwarders and customs agents, to ensure smooth billing processes.
7) Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and customer inquiries promptly and professionally, primarily office-based job.
8) Excellent English writing, reading, speaking and communication skills required
9) ERP administration work is required.
10) Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
11) 3+ years of experience in export billing, accounts receivable, or a related administrative role, preferably in the export/import industry.
